Revival of Packages

As we have discussed this morning; we agreed on the following general ideas on the pricing:

1.  At need:

     Lot and IS combo:

     less 10% on IS

     less 5% (+15% on pre need prices for plots

     Lot +  IS +  CMS

     Less 10% on IS

     Less 5% on plots at need prcies

    Less 10% on CMS

2.  Pre need:

    Lot +  IS combo

    Less 5% on plot

   Less 5% on IS

   Lot +  1S  + CMS combo

      less 10% on CMS

      less 10% on IS

      less 10% on plot

3.  Manner of payment:   -  a la MP

    60 months to pay, 15% on the balance for 5 years

    less commission:

               Commission payable   -    15% for office staff

                                                          up to 50% for  ISE

    The balance after the commission is paid shall be deposited with MLII TF

4.  Strategy for plots:

     1.  Certain portion of MP shall be set aside for the packages

     2.  The PC and VAT are part of selling price of the plot;

     3.  The TF can opt to pay for the plots (only) in cash:

                     less 10% for  cash discount

                              20% for ME

          The VAT and PC remains with the TF and is paid only upon use.

Birthdate and  deathdate anniversary greetings revival

The daily greetings via the griefshare blog is encountering difficulties -  there is no master list of birth and death dates.

What to do next:

Lanie and Joan, come up with the master list or include in your master list for all dead interred in the memorial park.

We should have two master lists:

l.  Customers - those who paid for the lots with their birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

2.  The dead -  those who are interred in the memorial park with birth and death date.

It is disappointing to note that those who are assigned to handle this did not do their jobs thoroughly.  This is just a revival

SUBJECT:   REVIVAL OF BIRTHDAY AND DEATH ANNIVERSARY GREETINGS

We have done this before.  As all important things done, if left unsupervised, it disappears and atrophies.

 We are reviving this.

Some activities worth considering and implementing:

l. l23 greetings via internet, or smartphones to friends and relatives of the deceased.

2.  Posting at FOFF and HolygardensGriefshare

3.  Texting

4.  Posting at Interment Announcement board  in front of the site;

5.  Posting at LED tv if any

6.  Placing an artificial flower display, or even fresh flower to any deceased  who celebrates birthday and death anniversary.

For implementation  by December 2011
