As I sign the PPA today, January 10 2015, noted the following:
1. There were at least 3 PPAs that had blank pages at the top further contributing to delays. The SAA filled up the blanks which is contrary to normal practice. You, assisting the customer, or the customer themselves, must complete the data on the blanks/spaces provided.
2. The Undas docs (October 30 to November 2) are only being signed today which is about 2 months delay. The standard for delivery of docs to customers is 7 calendar days upon full payment or full down
3. There are also some inconsistency with regards of signature of spouses. Some have, some dont have.
