Please explain some more to our sbu our sales strategy:

Inbound marketing - we invite our prospects to come to our office, rather than us going around; we can save on gas, tripping,
We can do this by aida in leafletting, and textblast, in paburol dalaw using TV ads.
Leafletting and prospecting are concentrated in:
l. interments
2. wakes and events.
Some more events:
l. drum and lyre competition
2. outstanding teacher awards
3. pinakamagandang school room awards
4. more painting/art/sculpture competition (the kite flying competition was not very productive and could be a mistake)
5. flower arrangements
6. home garden design

Weekend specials
We concentrate, focus our resources on week ends: starting on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. For those whose mindsets are still resistant to this, board the bus or get off
Reason: customers buy when they are ready, not when we are. And they are ready when they are not busy like on week ends. Malls have been successful on week end specials
What can be done on weekend specials:
l. Snacks for the customers
2. Decors and tenting with balloons and pa.
3. Promo items for everyone who comes (that is why we need more promo items: like say cheap umbrellas, t shirts na may tatak (maski mura) caps again.
4. Sales agents come with their prospects We assist with closing and entertaining the customers
Since maraming tao at masaya, mas naiinganya na maraming bumili.
We have to be very organized for this though:
l. maayos mga maps
2. handa ledgers, PR
Our supported weekend specials are up to end of June so please do this very well. It is at the initiative of the sbu to continue this any further

More beautification at the park:
l. Picnic tables
2. Waterfalls
3. Continuation of vertical gardens (all walls should be invisible by year end?)
4. The office decors (refurbish furniture; repaint, buy new ones) install the on the spot winners in the office
