Letter request re waiving penalty & interest because our office was closed

Kaya bawal ang basta aabsent at malalate.  Results in spotty customer service and complaints like this.

BE PUNCTUAL. COME EARLY COME REGULARLY.   Some are like elem students, si late si May I go out.... I will ask in the future, those  who are late absent  causing this to pay the penalties.

Since our staff cannot stay from the said office because of still ongoing process of our document for the permits and still needed to process the ECC together with our registration to Bureau of Internal Revenue and we have been audited and informed not to stay at the office.

This is to recommend Ms. Marie Jo Palencia to consider waiving of paying interest and penalty of her unpaid months from January to February 2019 because of unavailability of staff from Navarro Office building in order not to disappoint our customers and to continue paying their accounts.
