Imagine, we are working smoothly, meeting our targets daily and accomplishing our task promptly. The feeling is fantastic isn't it?

NOW, all what we have to do is to follow these steps:

1.  PRAYER - Assign a staff to do the prayer.  The prayer must be written on the planner of the leader for the day.  The leader must prepare the prayer a day before the assigned date.

2.  Before the prayer starts make sure that the instrumental song is readily available for playing right after the recitation of the prayer.

3.  After reading / reciting the prayer, a soft instrumental prayer song will be played and everyone must close their eyes and reflect.
   
    While reflecting, think only of positive things and thoughts such us: imagining we are closing a garden estate sale, a niche, or lawn lot and collecting those sales in spot cash or 20% down payment, the park visitors especially our customers were happy and delighted because the park was clean and nice, the interment program was flawless and produces REPEAT SALE.

3.  After the reflection, relax a while.
