CUSTOMER SERVICE
As we speak today, as we read this email, somewhere in the organization somebody is destroying your USP; somebody is pissing off your
customer and destroying your business. That is why it is important to observe all the time, to be vigilant, to be at the gemba
and to check check , supervise all the time.
To be able to do this you need to have lots lots of PASSION.
The publication mentioned at least 5 things that piss off the customers:
l. Employee chatter even in their presence. They are not attended to; Employees do what they love to do;
2. The telephone jungle
3. Hiding behind the laptop or engaging in sms in their presence
4. Customers are not considered welcome and an intrusion'
5. Inconsistencies in enforcing standards, or no standards at all;
Are we guilty with some of these?

Customer should be treated well, because they are the life blood of our business. They must be treated like a Queen or King.Customer satisfaction and customer excellent must be our aim in attending their wants and needs.Customer turn offs should be avoided.

Repeat sales or more sales are coming from happy and satisfy and delighted customers.
Action programs:
1. Review and discuss customer service
2. SOP one staff will open the door for customer and greet them with smile and respect
3. Assign lolipop man everyday to do the refreshment serving to the customers
Business is an entity that creates customers. And as per our beliefs, that Customer Service must be the priority. Customer is king, and that we should treat our customers very well. We must give excellent customer service to them, and one of the ways is to use our Revolving Fund for our customers. All of us, especially the SBU's must be busy only for one thing ---- the customers, how to serve the customers and we will delight the customers. With these, everything will follow... Sales and Collection.
ReplyDeleteCustomers should be treated in special ways, like King or Queen. We should not stop satisfying them. They must be treated excellently. Therefore, customer turn offs should be avoided. Continue delighting our customers by providing them excellent customer service.
