The Sales Admin Assistant and the ICR Assistants Trainees have informed this office that your offices have not sent the new PPA transactions for many reasons alibi.
Your offices are enjoined to submit them now, as this is a violation of our memos prescribed procedures in the abstract PPA memos. Severe CCD shall be imposed for continued disobedience.

Prompt processing of PPA is part of customer service excellence. It is not happening with your continued delay of sending of PPA to 3ffb
To ensure further compliance:
1. Hataw 2 has been postponed until full submission of PPA of Hataw 1 is complete
2. No further outright commission shall be allowed unless the backlogs for PPA is complete.
3. Expect delays in processing of incentives prizes and the like for Hataw 2 as the sales report and the documents submitted (the PAA) shall be the basis for the computation
