As was earlier explained, we will offer plots with services, instead of showing it the other way around.  We will de emphasize selling of services only.

CAMPAIGN TITLE:

   1.  Offering of products with + a la memorial plan

   2.  60 months to pay, 1/60th dp, low interest rate (only 5% per annum)

       max of 50% of first 7 ma for ISE

       l5% of first 7 ma for office staff

   4.  included sa ORC computation

4.  Prizes:   not to exceed 4% of total plot sales (net) and has to be jibed with the cash flow;   to be awarded after 90 days

based on 90% achievement of sales target:

CMP Holy Gardens + Proceeds are treated like iMP as before, and proceeds are remitted to TF and not to joint venture.

We get only standard plots, BC on A and D levels (eye level BC) premium and special premium plots are not included. We presume total plot price to be only P50,000.

BC lease starts running out after start of use.

Plots will be paid to the JV upon:

full payment by the buyer:

Less PC and VAT, 

less 10% cash discount

less 20% ME

Prior agreement shall be executed with JV;  MLII may prepay so that TF will not lose money on purchase of plots.

Proper accounting entries are to be made, proper apportionment of plots, IS, and FS are to be made and accounted for properly by the SBU and MLII
