Background:
1. We have been teaching our trainees about crossing out 4 cs in their work which include: criticizing, condemning, complaining and CHISMIS whether in the office or with the customers ("How to Win Friends and Influence People")
2. Certain individuals either verbally or through the social media have been maligning individual, officers, and company resulting in demoralization and non continuance of employment. Certain individuals who are not in the management have been known to interfere in and unduly harm organizational development. This has been known to needlessly disrupt team building and organizational activities by top management.
3. Certain individuals using company time, and using company facilities have been noticed to neglect their main jobs because of #2.
4. Certain individuals have been known to act harshly (and even our JV partner) on gossips, tips,and hearsays, thus damaging our business and business relationships
WTDN
1. It is important to remember what the Rotarians principle;
1. Totoo ba? Naverifty ba, narinig ba both sides. Some statements vary from am to noon and at dusk
2. Are the people here fair and just? Just because we do not feel good towards an sbu or individual shall we stop processing their transactions
3. Maaring totoo but sometimes we have to keep our mouth shut because of #3 and #4. It may be disruptive and destructive to all

3. It may be imperative to put back in the CCD that it is an offense to spread false and malicious information about the company and co workers
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE FOCUS ON OUR CORE JOBS AND DO ONLY WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO rather than sponsoring our own talk show chismis corner which has no place in a PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION.

We should not immediately judge people quickly or to tell something chismis, learn the truth about the situation before the gossip about the news that you should tell someone you know or work with. Especially in the work we should have loyalty for good organization and constant progress.

As for me and a staff, we should understand and be professional in ourselves and to our work. If the situation was not related to work we should not put interest to listen and focus only to our job to make our work good and easy. Lets love our job and do what is right. Always put God in our heart and pray for the better in our company, our team building.
