You cant change others if you cant change yourself.
It all starts with self improvement. Oftentimes, we start with finding what is wrong with others and/or what can be improved. Find out first what is wrong with you and what you can improve.
As Coach Freddie Roach tell his wards/fighters, " It is about getting better than yesterday"
Make a list of the things that must be improved in you and work on them.
