Administrative Matters resulting from CMOs meeting

1. The ppt presentation are returned for lack of operating and implementing details. The targetrs therein are rejected.  We increased our salaries and (even awareded midyear) to the tune of 2.8 miilllion a year, and yet the CMO decided to get down to the gutter. in their commitment.  Di ba absurd and paradoxical iyon.   Low salary last year.   Yet we sold 10x as much.  Ngayon kung kailan may covenant meeting behind my back nagfeather bedding tayo.  Where is gratitude for the blessing?

2.  The use of smartphone for viber text of the products and video about holy gardens.   (Let us not have any more alibis for not being able to do this)  We have less of leaflets and brochures.  We employ the modern technology for marketing.

Baguhin natin ang mindset ng taga probinsiya.  

Let us have leadership.  Tayo magdala hindi tayo magdadala.

Tayo ang dapat paniwalaan hindi the other way around.

  1. Acknowledged po sir. Babaguhin ko po ppt na pinresent ko. And yung sa mga targets na sinet po namin pagtutulungan po namin. Dahil hindi po basta basta ang pagallocate ng pera. Kapag malaki ang gastos mas dapat pang higitan ang return or benta. And nagpapasalamat po kami sir sa mid year bonus and sa salary increase this 2nd half. Adopt na din po namin yung paggamit ng viber. Try po namin E-download sa aming mga cp at pagaralan para mas at ease pagdating sa pagmamarket with the customers.
