Majorem Lending Admininistrative Plan

We need to hire the staff for Majorem ASAP.  These are their job responsibilities.  We need at least 3 staff for MLII

Loan Assistant/In Charge  -   Processing of Loans, Release, Collection of Loans

Accounting Assistant  -   Loan Transactions, in charge of GL, CRB, CDB,  SL for loans

Accounting Assistant Funds:    

      1.  PC
      2.  Vat
      3.  ME
      4.  CAPF and  PIS funds

The bank balances of SBU are over stated since they have not remitted the funds for deposit to Majorem Lending.  The hiring needs to be accomplished ASAP to determine, separate funds and also to determine we make money or not.
