Submission of Incident Report regarding ISG very very delayed ISG payment

Subject:  Submission of Incident Report


Our objective here is to promote efficiency and to prevent recurrence of complaint by our internal customers

Last Friday and yesterday, I signed a total of almost P70k checks for ISG which dated back to 2018.   The ISG made representation to  my office personally when I visit the SBU and even during their AM talk and this were relayed to me that that is the situation

Now I looked at the dates and I found out that:

1. They were submitted very very late by Panga

2.  That the bulk  of this unpaid accounts for 2018 were only submitted by Pangasinan this February

Why is this happening?   Inefficiency at the SBU?  Can this be improved.  
(I even got hairy reports that some abstracts from Panga had blank entries/fields)
