Subject:   Regular Mandatory And Faithful posting, uploading of Free Obits for Customers

1.   Objectives:

1.  To up customer experience with Holy Gardens

2.  To create more awareness and Learn More experience with our  products and services

3.  To be a tool and vehicle for campaigns

Background:

1. This is part of our Mission:   REMEMBERING OUR LOVED ONES IN A SPECIAL WAY IN A SPECIAL PLACE.  This the special way.

2. This is a part of our interment package (and even funeral service)

3.  Obits on line  are well read. They notify the family of the deceased of the event so that they join the viewing and participate in the last rites.

4.  There was this sad occasion that there was non posting since April to September of 2019

NOTA BENE:   IMPORTANT


1.  Note use the correct gender of pronouns. God is a He.  Determine whether the deceased is a she or a he

2.  State only the name of the barrio where interment is to be made.

3.   Put the complete data of Death Certificate. There were litigations before because a person who was alive was inadvertently posted as dead;  reason:  there were no death certificate requirements. Let us avoid problems later on by filling in the data for the death certifcate

4.  To improve customer experience place a link to a nice video of songs, or embed a you tube video that contains the song.

5. Experiment with new format, a jpeg as what HGGMP Calamba is doing but upload not only in FB but at this. site too.

6. Share at FB, use this post to draw interest in your native fan page and mention your promo as  especially this Undas, hook up traffic and leads
