Schedule of Posting:

1.  Awareness today and tomorrow.

   Take note that FB algorithm allows only 25 people view your post . therefore, make comment so that posts are renewed
   and/or share with groups (buy and sell and there are at San Fernando, Dagupan, Calasiao, SCC, Calamba, Calapan, (none in Oton)

   and share with acquaintances, sellers.

2.  Friendship by 28   Ask for reservation, with PHP or none to get commitment. Kung walang pera, sabihin sa PM alaswerte.  po.  May
     priority po ang magbabayad...


3.  Closing by 30th   (accept the reservation all ready.  Full payment by November 1 and 2..

 Follow instruction at sipagan.  Sagutin ang mga pm at once.

It has been noted that many sbus are posting on their FB pages on their ads their
price.  That is why we are allergic to mentioning price in the beginning.  It should be the last thing to be revealed.

     1.  Myths on use of FB at posting:

              1.  Its not about friendship or likes.   Likes do not mean a thing. at FB
                marketing.  It is so easy to click.  But messaging is the serious
                affair.  Many messengers inquiry are not from likes nor friends

              2.  That your FB is the lone site to conduct your sales,/ad campaign.

               Look at the FB posts are fan, or ping pong rackets.  It drives the readers                     from  one site to another (landing pages)  You need a website or blog

      2   Reasons why you should conduct a 3 pronged attack on the suspects

                    +  getting acquainted
                    +  becoming friends
                    +  getting married.

                    You cant just make an offer to every one on the first ad post:

                    1. You are selling a big ticket item.    A memorial park lot or funeral
                        service. Much information is needed

                   2.  You need to develop leads before conversion. If you go straight
                         to sales offer, you drive away the rest of people/audience who
                         might be interested.  Your buyer may be 3% of the total
                         population, if none buys then you have destroyed your campaign

                  3.  It takes time for people to be convinced to buy.  Thus that is what
                       email mail chimp get response are doing.  But this does not work
                       anymore.   

                 4. You may use Many Chat + FB to do the job faster.

3.  The campaign.

              First posting/ad

             1.  Get a bizarred unique picture, or post a video that is relevant to 
                  to your industry or product.  Or post a trending article or picture:

                 e.g. manok na pula, Barretto quarrel, Duterte visit to  Japan where he
                        was embarrassed.

                   1. Write a 25 character headline: beneath the picture or video

                       Caption:   Ipapatalo mo ba ang suweldo mo sa Manok na Pula

                       Body  200 characters only:

                       Huwag ipatalo. Lalo na pagtaya sa Lotto Mag invest sa sigurado.

                       Mag invest sa Holy Gardens Memorial park, ang huling
