Who: All officers with multiple assignments even with collection targets
When: 1. Beginning June 1 for collection
2. Beginning September 7 for other assignment
Why: As catalysts for more disciplined execution
HOW: 1. Submit a score card for WIG lead measure and lag measure
2. Upon successful completion of the assigned agreed target, the
individual shall be promoted steps according to job level
R2 - 700
Supervisory; managerial 1,100
Senior officer 2,200
3. Requirements: 6 book reports, 95% attendance
% achievement of submitted ViG (wig)
100% - 1 step
150% - 1.5 steps
150%+ 2.0 steps
4. Assignments:
1. All collection target until end of 2020
2. Joy Casi + Talanay as submitted
3. Frenzie:
a. Revenue generation of FS and Crematorium by October 2020
b. Revenue Generation by Calapan due to Construction by
December 2020
3. x number of sales + at Calamba due to construction
4. Roshel and April
1. 5 FS every month for Roshel until December
2. 2 FS for Aprilyn from September until December
5. Ms. Campilis
1. 10 pick ups for Cremation for SCC a month from September
to December
2. 20 cremation a month for the JV crematorium in SFLU from January 2021 until December
