For the memory board:

The memory board consists of the digital photo of the deceased say 12 x 12 inches at the center of an illustration board and mounted on an easel.

The mourners and sympathizers sign on the illustration board. (just like in a wedding or debut)  On interment, we give this memory board to the family (just like in a military funeral where flag is given to the principal survivor)
