1. Meal allowance of P25.00 per day for staff eating in the office to discourage loss of time commuting home: (This is has been under study to cope up with the times for sbu who are earning) P650.00 per month. Payable every month end.
2. Rice allowance P1.000.00 every quarter.
#1 and #2 are given to company employees who have been 1 year with the company.
3. Travel allowance
Officers - P500.00 per day to cover meals and lodging for overnight stay
Staff - P300.00 per day to cover meals and lodging for overnight stay
Traveling at night by bus or boat is not considered an overnight stay.
Staff - P150.00 daytime allowance

4. Living allowance.
A living allowance of P3,000 per month is given to officers and staff who are assigned temporarily for audit or mentoring purposes to places other than their own domicile. This is for temporary assignment only and a suitable replacement has to be sought from the locality. immediately as this is costly for the SBU. This applies when the sojourn of the out ot the town appointee exceeds one week.
5. Allowances in monthly pay.
These are part of the compensation which has been declared as part of the de minimis to exempt the said portion of the pay from govt taxes.
They are not to be cancelled nor removed for any reason what soever as they are part of the salary scale.
