In the you tube video today, we found out that the usual communication covers only:
WHAT is the product or service?
HOW is the product delivered?
Example: we make cellphones and laptops
How: we use quality procedures to make them durable.
But truly inspiring leaders communicate by:
Answering WHY
Then go to HOW
and then to WHAT.
Thus for apple: Jobs can start by saying we would like to make truly great and unique products (Why)
We came them simple: easy to use and user friendly and beautiful (HOW)
What: that is what Apple products are.
Thus for Holy Gardens Memorial Park: Why do we need a memorial park lot - Because it the last great event in you life and you want it to be grandest of all events.
How: we will do memorable and unique tributes
