"I listen and I forget, I see and remember, I experience and I understand" - a Chinese proverb
Oftentimes, when we are making our work schedule it is our human nature to put the DIFFICULT ONES on the last, but it will make more sense to get them out of the way immediately.
Why: You're at your freshest at the beginning of the day and therefore more
alert as well. It only stands to reason that this would be the very best time
to tackle the most difficult things scheduled for the day.
DO THE HARDEST JOB FIRST! SELL!
Working less and earning more
requires thinking creatively. You first have to be open to the possibility that
it is feasible to work less and earn more. Once you get through any
self-limiting belief systems you might have about working less and making more,
you'll surprise yourself at how some of the solutions might have been staring
you in the face all along.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
1. Overhaul the way you work.

to interrupt your time figuring it was part of the open door
policy. Mostly you will be distracted. With
each
interruption, it will took you twice as long to refocus on the task at hand
leaving to work more hours but
accomplish less.
b. Identify an
internal set of questions each employee needed to ask themselves before going
to you.
c. Identify your specific tasks with each employee. They will also become more
efficient in resolving their
issues and appreciated the focused time with them.
You will also find more time at the end of the week
helping you to concentrate on the
most important strategies.
2. Outsource.

operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and brings in
clients automatically. A lead generation system

solutions you provide, and helps
to educate and pre-qualify them so they
