Additional/Replacement Incentive for Marketing
The emphasis should be on marketing channel for 2012. However, there seems to be lackluster commitment, recruitment of marketing staff for 2012. The first quarter saw only 5 new agents at LUMP.
As I was talkint to Arlene and Lennie this am at our meeting to ensure that the Saturday event would be a success, I noticed
an unusual interest in the l0+ l free ash crypt for the marketer on the part of Arlene and Lennie. So why not a free car or other prizes?
Here is what I am thinking.
Proposed Mechanics:
Pabongga Ka Day sa Holy Gardens
Duration: June to December 2012
Who: All duly trained and registered agents of HGMP and all the CSS, CMO, acting CMO
How much: additional 3% of sales
Pinakabonggang Paparemyo:
600 plots until December 30 x 40 = 24,000,000 (100 plots/month A Honda city 1.4 car (worth 800,000)
400 plots = 16,000,000 (60 plots/month) A Hatch (Kia Atoz or Suzuki worthP500,000
Bonga lang:
200 plots 8,000,000 (34 plots/month) anything worth P200,000
100 plots 4,000,000 (17 plots/month) anything worth P l00,000
60 plots 2,400,000 (10 plots/month) (motorcycle) or P72,000
Nothing below ten plots per month is incentiveable.
The agencies under a general agent can pool their sales; the office staff can not pool their sales.

This is a great motivation for every one of us... Nothing is impossible... Everyone wanted to have a branded car, we will be motivated from this kind of incentives, that is why we will exceed our effort to get this car. We will make sure that we can have a high result of sales and collection.

What a great incentive!Therefore we have to strive and find a strategy to achieve those numbers of sales. Because in marketing, it is a number game...Be alert in all circumstances and hard work is the main condiments to achieve this. And finally,we will leverage this to our agent for them to motivate and to recruit their down-lines.This is wonderful opportunity and we have to grab it.....1
