Last May 24, 2012 we were invited by Sir JUS to attend the 26th Marketing Forum - Managing your Brand in Social Media held at Ateneo De Manila University, Graduate School of Business and here are my learnings:

Applying it to our business, make our business grow and successful by giving our customer a good service, valuing them and make them comfortable, in that way we are managing our brand by creating a powerful and unforgetable experience that will encourage our suspect, prospect and customer to buy our products.
