As per our discussion on our last meeting and based on your suggestion, I am proposing for an "ASH CRYPT BONANZA" to achieve the following objectives:
GOALS / OBJECTIVES:
1. To sell 50 units;
2. To increase sales performance of HGGMP.
3. To generate additional cash flow
REALITY:
Despite the passage of time and 3 discussions with Mr. Tanedo, only 2 ash crypts have been sold.
OPTION/ALTERNATIVES:
1. House to house saturation to subdivisions;
2. Conducting sales presentation to companies in the municipality and adjacent town;
WHAT TO DO NEXT: CONDUCT AN EVENT "FREE BREAKFAST ASH CRYPT BONANZA"
PRODUCT: ASH CRYPTS
1. Simulation on the different levels of the Ash Crypts to emphasize to prospects that some were already sold;
2. Place tarpaulin indicating: "Limited units are available or Limited Offer".
