I watched "Customer Service Training" video and I applaud its clear presentation in which they showed the difference between poor and excellent customer service. I myself have experienced both and know how it feels to be delighted with excellent customer service and that is what I want to continuously offer to our customers.

Customer service excellence explores a unique component that can be used to develop a successful customer service strategy. if it was executed properly, it will provide the customers with excellence service and a memorable experience during each customer interaction. I believe that Filipino's were not like the Chinese or the other. Filipino valued the customers and we are one of them. :)
