SUBJECT:    Christ the Redeemer and Way of the Cross Images at the 

                    Phase 2 of  Holy Gardens Greenhills

Objectives:

       1. To create attraction for HGGMP, to create awareness at Turbina so for commuters going to Carmelray, Sto Tomas, San Pablo, San Tomas and  Tanauan

       2. To sell the projected 30,000 to 40,000 plots for the proposed expansion

       3. To generate addtiional cash flow and wealth for GDC and AUG

Progress Report:

1.  The engineer whom we engaged to present the plan is still in Canada. The expenses sor far:

      As built plan   -   P180,000

      Topo                      55,000

      Ben Alcantara       100,000

     We have to still have meet Engr. Alcantara who has not appeared for requests for meeting,(was in MIndanao and lately abroad)

2.  Mr Alex Villamayor the sculptor has sent in quotation for the proposed work:

          1.  Christ the Redeemer -     P1,600,000

          2. Way of the cross               2,300,000

                 Total                             3,900,000

                 Landscaping  (est)         1,000,000

                  GT                              4,900,000

        It will take a year to finish the project

        This will probably stop the squatters from still increasing

        We can start with this as soon as the Engineer provides the exact location  for the project:

        Options:       1.  Give a 1 hectare area for the image and the  stations

                            2.  Place the image at elevation 99 and the way of 

                                 the cross at the easement for the river
