I have formulated a plan which is non trad, a peso plan that has the following features:

iT IS SIMPLY CALLED A PLAN 10t.  The units are in multiples of P10t whose amortization are P215 per month payable in 60 months

   Thus a Daffodil can be paid two units of P10t;   White Rose 3 units, Chrysanthemum 11 units.

   A straight cremation is 3  P10t units

1.  With insurance protection:  

 GYRT (amortization deemed paid) and return of principal payments during the paying period;  (life)  from MB Life

 ADD  (Accidental Death  and Dismemberment) Double Indemnity  by Malayan

2.  Guaranteed memorial service

     We pay only 70% of the listed price of the mortuary

3.  Flexible:

    1.  The plan can be withdrawn at its full face value after paying period upon 30 days notice;   can be used for purposes other than memorial:

        1. for health and hospitalization

        2.  travel and vacation

        3.  parties

        4.  childrens education

     If there are excess earnings of the trust fund, increments can be paid to the plan holder (max of 4%) per annum).  Most of our income would come from an investment fund which can be 15% of our monthly collection and /or total assets

4.  Liquid

      1.  Guaranteed CSV

5.  Thus with 3 and 4, the plan is an investment

This new product can be called a UNI Plan becasue it combines:  insurance protection, memorial /life plan benefits, and investment (competitive to say Pru life) and even CTD.

     CTD offers liquidity, flexibiltiy but no insurance protection

    Life plan offers insurance protection and memorial service but is not liquid and no increments

   Other VUL proucts have insurance protection plus increments, but no guaranteed memorial service

   THIS IS A VERY COMPETITIVE PRODUCT AND SHOULD BE EASY TO SELL
