Monthly, weekly and daily targets for NCR

Objectives:

     1.  Earn incentives
     2.  Reach collection targets, finish cap ex and to sell the products pa more
     3.  Keep the group financially healthy and stable

 Reality

    Its January 9 now, 1/3 of the month, we are still the same...

    A daily report of say P500,000 is only 40% of the daily target

1.  Each SBU must memorize and write down on their bulletin their daily target
     They must  aspire to reach this daily target

2.  Each SBU target consist of old and new collection. Old collection is the aggregate of their collection of their ICR from 2016 up to 2018;   New collection comes from IS cash sales, plots, services cash sale, DP, and MA.   

    Ms. Joan can break this old and new

3.  The % to be reported by ICR shall be based on this numbers

4.  Base rate shall be the cumulative numbers in case the  SBU failed to make
     the number for the month and previous

5.  3f must:  remind the SBU of their targets;  remind, ask for solutions to reach their target at least on a weekly basis.   Be motivated by the huge amount of money they will receive in addition to their salary.   If we rely on our salaries alone we will forever be poor and we have no one to blame except our selves

    3f must give all the support it can in terms of solution to customer problems
    documents and to the agents;   prompt payment of commission, unpaid
    commission

6. This is based on NCR Net Cash received.:  net of outright com paid (even if paid out of a com fund) inclusive of CF, ME, insurance MC
