     This has doubled from 2000 which was only 4% of total population.  Philippines

Huge  potential market;  our inventories can hardly serve them

Reality

     

1.  Mga senior citizens 2 or 5 years from now, will surely buy plots and services or be provided by the heirs 

2.  They are no longer insureable and hence can not buy pre need;

3.   They get 20% discount and for some honest traders + 12% vat exemption or total of  32 % (we offer only 20%)

4.  To assure them of a sure discount and much higher at that

5.  We can offer less 20 less 20 or 36% discount adding only 4% but may 

     look misleadingly attractive as 40% in all...

    If we offer at need of  SRP/0.80, we are actually adding to the cost 25%

   So if we offer this only at need, 36 - 25   11% discount to be discounted 

   from selling price, and since this may be spot cash, that is 1% less, and since

   there is no more collection fee....

Mechanics

1.  We make application form for senior citizens and PWD to join this membership

The application form contains, name, complete address, age, date of birth

SCC number, date and place of issue., and name of beneficiary

At the back we place the terms and conditions:

     3.  Single use only;  husband and wife shall apply for separate membership

     5.  Not commissionable, applicable only at place of issue;

     6..  Not applicable with other promos or discounts

    7.  For purchases of  P65,000 and above only, for below only 20%

         discount shall apply

    8. Shall be valid with the presentation of deceased SCA or PWD card

    9.  Valid for 5 years only from date of issue

2.  We distribute/disseminate at SC offices, dalaw paburol, interment;  we 

     encourage the  new members to invite other members

3.  We include an application to documents pouching or when

     payments are made to the office
