3 essential sales skills seller must master by Don Lok, master seller

What skills must a masterful seller possess:

1. The ability to empathize, to care to connect to the prospect. Not just conversing or parroting a speech. May rapport

2. The ability to diagnose the pain of customer. The ability to diagnose and explain to customer how our product solves the problem

No pain no sales

3.Handling objections. Be proactive. Set agenda so that there is no objection.
