This is a process which takes about 6 months to 12 months to develop future managers of the SBU or the corporate

Qualifications:    Previous meaningful work experience, maturity, leadership abilities, organized and motivated.  Humility and obedience

The eligible MT shall receive a 10% premium salary over the other recruits...

Process:

The candidate is rotated in at least  2 functions so that he has a working knowledge of the SBU operations for a period of not less than 3 months. each

1.   Marketing and sales
      100% product knowledge.
      Prospecting, qualifying
      Sales presentation
      Handling objections
      Closing sales
      Customer Service
      Making a marketing plan
       Conducting sales meeting

      
2.   Park operations:

           1.  Maintenance and landscaping
           2.  Interment service
           3.  Funeral service

3.   Administrative
          1.  HR -  recruitment;  training
          2.  Accounting and finance
               Cash operations
               Reports:  daily weekly, monthly
          3.  Cash advance;  liquidation thereof;   interment checklist
          4.  PPA submission;  sales, commission and TA vouchers
          5.   MC;
          6.  CCD
          7.  Management

The MT shall be evaluated and every mastery qualifies the same for P1,200 salary increase
