The following are the salary of benefits and rewards for Holy Gardeners
1. Salaries
2. Govt mandated benefits: SSS, Pag ibig, Philhealth
3. Leaves:
After one year of employment:
7.5 days of VL
7.5 days of SL, which are fully accumulated on the end of 2nd year...
VL is to be availed of and as per approved schedule which should not interfere with
our workload
SL if not availed of is accumulated until 30 in all after which this is converted into cash not
later than Jan of the succeeding year
Paid paternity leave of 5 days
Paid bereavement leave of 3 days of immediate members of family: wife, husband, son,
daughter.
4. Allowances:
P1,500 grocery allowance after becoming R2
P500.00 electricity allowance after becoming R3
Rice allowance of P1,000 ever quarter after being with the company for one year
5. Salary increase
For passing Performance evaluation every H;
Merit increases for passing MBA, licensure exams, accumulting so many number of hours
for inhouse and outside the company seminars
One step higher for 40 book reports
6. Incentives for CSS2
P100.00 for every 40 pp or less tributes for De Luxe interment
P200.00 for every 40pp++ tributes for Luxury interments
7. Retirement pay:
22.5 days for every year of service based on latest salary if retired after 20 years of service
8. Service awards for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years of service...
9. Sales incentives (variable changes periodically)
Plus 2% on personal sales if collection reaches 80% of target cumulative, YTD
For CSS or CMO who closed the sales of agents + 2.5% of the com of the SC
Training com: 1% of the sales if the SD failed to train or recruit the agents (to encourage
recruitment and training of sales consultant
10. Sales incentive for office sales:
P10,000 for sales of @P20,000,000
Think about this.... Ano pa gusto mong incentives....
Mag pa health card tayo pag nakita nating kumikita tayo
For CSS or CMO who tripped the sales of agents + 2.% of the com of the SC
In addition, we give P500.00 per month to those who are:
1. 100% attendance (no absences)
2. before 7:30 ang arrival.. Sayang pag hindi mo inavail...
