Subject: Admonition to Be A better CMO acting CMO in charge
Goals:
1. To reach our sales and collection target
2. To increase our income: prizes for achieving sales target
3. To up customer experience leading to #1
Background:
1. Less than 50% achievement of collection target 30% on sales target
and single digit for Calapan and La Union. (two digit lang in terms of number)
2. Many cases of non compliance with process and policies: as in reports:
abstract, PPA
To do:
1. Be passionate about your job... Love what you do and do what you love
1. Give it your number one priority; make it your baby
2. Be available to serve 24/7
3. Put company's interest above others. Why? Diyan ka sumesuweldo
You spend 80% of your waking hours with the company
2. Communicate, communicate communicate: Always be Explaining
1. Read answer text promptly. Answer the phone not more 3 rings
Follow rules on cell phone communication
2. Open emails of PM everyday first hour in the morning, answer what needs
to be answered. NOW. Your frequency of communication should
be equal or more than your usage of FB for personal use.
3. Exert efforts to communicate with your staff: one on one and in group
as AM talk. Influence them to be team players, to win, and make
your SBU number one
4. Do everything and anything to promote your SBU and your products
wherever you are.
5. Mind your posting aat social media: blogs and FB. They help create
awareness and up your sales We struggled with this since January
2019. We are now punishing the offenders
6. Strive to understand memos sent to you. Ask others ask superior
if you did not get. The true test of communicaion is when the missives
are done at once
7. Keep files (hard copies) of important communication RRURAC. Read and
Review. Many times you find that there is negligence (not done) or over
sight (violation)
3. Multiply yourself. Delegate, hatiin ang trabaho. Follow admin plan
Hire and train people
You cant do the 100 things required of you (contained in email reports)
1. Hire competent and hard working staff, trainable (we are better than
pets who are trainable - turuan, hindi ba)
2. Train train train Through discussion of memos and policies
Mentoring. Be sure they can do the things well
3. Motivate your staff to do the delegated, admin plan well.
4. Motivate, motivate, motivate
1. Reward the doers and punish the offenders. The doers with
even thank you note, bulletin board posts, or small tokens
2. Dont be afraid to issue CCD to pasaway or recommend their
departures.
4. Prioritize, focus on high value activities
Oftentimes we hear of CMO who: deliver remittances to BIR, SSS, Philhealth canvass, as if that is their job. A messengerial job which
the driver or anybody who understands instruction can do.
That is resources and talent wasted. And the concerned CMO does a glorified CHIEF MESSENGERIAL WORK
List down the activities which high value (adds to treasury chest of company)
and those that have little impact. Gawin ang high impact:
HIGH IMPACT
1. Sales and collection
2. Hring and training
3. Solving problems especially of the customer
4. Cost reduction loss prevention
5. New systems and procedures
6. Gandahan product at service - site at office
LOW IMPACT:
1. Messengerial work
2. Petty stuff in the office
3. Office politics
4. Chismis
5. Compliance, obedience,and execute being a zombie
Sundin ang mga prescribed practices ng office. Iwasan ang palusot
at panloloko. At pambobola...Sumunod bago magreklamo..
We are here to implement and execute things, Hindi para makipagchikahan
at mag bessie.
1. Tingan ang checklist sa weekly email report. Tingan. Lagyan ng
entry bawat box. Di puwede ang NONE.
2. ITO ay guide to ensure quality work, that everything in the SBU is done
3. Ito ang basis ng performance evaluaiton. You are judged on the basis
what you did/do based on results and reports like this
6. Remember why we are here: to be with the Champions and Successful Persons.
What is a success: Achieving your goals and plans on time and on
budget: Anything that is delayed deferred, postponed, not done brings
us to the brink of disaster.. Failure is simply that: not accomplishing
your goals and tasks:
1. Sub par sales and collection achievment
2. Permits and paperworks delayed for:
1. Crematorium
2...Chapels (C3) incorporation papers
3. Change of name of Destiny
4. ECC for Malasiqui, Mayors Permit,BIR
5. Sharing

1. Sliding deadline for finishing cremtorium for Panga
