SUBJECT; 0 sales yesterday, and 3.23 Sales Campaign
1. We did poorly yesterday; only 1 sale; unacceptable
2. We have two waves of sales: campaign
A. Annual Sales
1. The annual sales, (up by 10% but divided by ) 6 years
2. Included are the regular plots and special plots
3. This will be the basis of less 25% on last amortization
B. 3.23 sales
Regular plots + 10%/72 but with one free amortization
1. Let us ask RCG to do for Calamba: the annual sales and the 3.23
2. Let us try JT do the above 2.
3. Ms. MLM shall determine as to whether we are targetting the 2021 sales target or the sales target for the campaign.
Take note that the sales campaign, the 2.22 and 3.23 are just meant to support the over all sales drive for the month.
