                              On the way down from East ridge:
                         Marecho, Risa, Marjorie and JUS

Today we had trek to the Eastridge.  It was all sweat beginning with warm up exercises at Unamonte.   The ladies walked.  JUS biked.  The bike ride up to East Ridge is one of the steepest and challenging road to climb.  You can willy up if you do not know how.  It is heavy breathing (oxygen debt) on the way up.

JUS reminded everyone in Q and A at Unamonte meeting,  the value of PE:

1.  good health
2.  team building
3.  determination
4.  success
5   time management
6.   keeping your word

Our new 3ffb staff:   Myron Sumaya and Helen Naval

Helen will be in charge of HR:    recruitment, training, communications, follow up, performance evaluation.   Myron will be assigned to Accounting.

Know them and please cooperate with them 100%

The 3ffb staff prepared a surprise for the SMD yesterday on the occasion of his 62nd birthday.  They got pictures from his blog and came out with this:
