Disappointing head output results

Re: Outputs of 3ffb based on weekly report

I found them to be disappointing. The salaries being paid is commensurate to the outputs. I believe they can do better. There is lack of productivity and professionalism. With regards to our principles,clear lack of efficiency.

I call upon your office to remind the 3ffb staff (and subsequently the sbus) to improve their outputs and outcome and thus it comes with increased professionalism, productivity and efficiency.

MAY I SEE BETTER DEAL THIS COMING WEEK.

Let us plant 1 million trees in 5 years

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

It is world earth day. There was a parade this morning.

What are we going to do about this?

WELL LET US HAVE A GOAL OF PLANTING ONE MILLION TREES IN FIVE YEARS

What can be done:

1. Individual - one tree a day

2. SBU - 300 trees a month x 5 = 1,500 x 12 = 18000 per year x 5 = 90,000 in five years.

3. Involve others

4. Involve school children Motivate them to save the planet earth.

3ffb finally had PE today, April 16, 2016

3ffb finally after a long long time had PE today. Thanks to Helen Naval the new HR. Congratulations for the leadership. The early birds were Marecho and Myron. The rest came later than 6:30. Congratulations and thanks for the early birds

Really 3ffb should have leadership for this important activity.

1. The head leads the tail. 3ffb must lead the sbu in this important activity; We cant expect the others have PE if we do not have ourselves.

2. Mens sana en corpora sano. Sound mind in sound body. We cant think straight if we are not healthy.

3. Health is wealth. We cant enjoy wealth if we are sick. It is important to be healthy before being wealthy. If you are sick, the doctors and hospital get wealthy at your expense.

4. We must live healthy and strong. Exercise is medicine for body and mind.

Make it a habit to exercise regulary.

Maintain ideal body weight. (IBW)

That is 100 lsbs for the first 5 feet of height and 5 lbs for every inch. Thus if you are 5" 2" your IBW is 110. Are you within the IBW range.

Some need to work out on their abs and IBW
