Today we had trek to the Eastridge.  It was all sweat beginning with warm up exercises at Unamonte.   The ladies walked.  JUS biked.  The bike ride up to East Ridge is one of the steepest and challenging road to climb.  You can willy up if you do not know how.  It is heavy breathing (oxygen debt) on the way up.

JUS reminded everyone in Q and A at Unamonte meeting,  the value of PE:

4.  success
5   time management
6.   keeping your word

The 3ffb staff had PE at Eastridge today.  We did hill climbing.  The staff:   Marecho, Helen and Mercy gathered at 7 11 at 6:30 this am.   Myron went ahead but she waited for us at Unamonte. The rest of us caught up with Myron by 7:00 am.   We reached the summit by 7:30.   There were a lot of other hikers (the biggest group being that of Unisun group - former mga kasama) and mtb riders.  I even assisted a MTB rider who had a busted fd.

I was able to ride this entire stretch using an MTB.

We shifted our PE to Eastridge walk this morning.  I JUS said, that I am the HR and would see everyone at 6:30.   It was the first time to see everybody on time and together.  Thanks and congratulations everyone.   No one stopped, fainted or had shortness of breath.

The 3ffb staff had trekking to the steep roads of Eastridge as their PE.  Eddie was at Calamba so did his trainee Dekdek who did not inform us of her whereabouts.  Those who came and started the trek together were Aireen and Anne.  Mitz came later and Florence latest.
