BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"
Trainees Mercy and Cristina walking up to EastRidge at early morning; their seniors are nowhere toe be found; they did not attend this PE
Angono, Rizal Philippines
We had PE today at Eastridge. No one informed me of the PE because they said they were waiting for instructions. Other had phone failures.
The only arrivals were Mercyand Cristina. They answered the texts. Hurray for the trainees. For the seniors, they must show greater initiative and leadership.
We met a group of 2 dozens or more staff of Unisun. They were former employees who are used to and appreciate the value of physical fitness. The bosses though were not there. Last week, we me them at Marian Hills 2x...

3ffb trekking to EastRidge - PE for today
Let us have ears that can hear, minds that can understand, hearts that can feel, hands that can do...Let us read and understand these posts
Aireen and Mitch walking up past gate of Unamonte,(Anne not seen) MTB behind
The 3ffb staff had trekking to the steep roads of Eastridge as their PE. Eddie was at Calamba so did his trainee Dekdek who did not inform us of her whereabouts. Those who came and started the trek together were Aireen and Anne. Mitz came later and Florence latest.
Rainbow coalition Mitch, Anne and Aireen pose with garbage for pick up
Anne and Mitch share something funny; what could it be?
Take 5
Mitch and Anne unmindful of the MTB doing crossstich
Posing at Eastridge OL (Overlooking)
We had good sweat (except Anne)
Angono, land of Higantes
Florence in a hurry to catch up with the picture taking (was late)
Still more Higantes
You could judge that it was steep road to climb; a difficult PE
The core of 3ffb staff all smiles
Everything is looking up
Alan from Santolan climbed Eastridge 2x
Awesome but polluted view of MM from Eastridge
A dead tree?
View from the top of Angono
We met the LP campaigning at Victoria Subdivision
