It seems this is their game:  Ruth and Hazel

Ruth and Hazel beat Florence and Mitch

We had PE again at the Church of Latter Day Saints thanks to Bishop Chris.  Eddie asked for a leave of absence to go to Calapan.  He is not with us today.

Our trainees:  Hazel, Ruth and Joan arrived at the venue ahead of everybody else.  I came next followed by ASR.

The activities were badminton.  They had scrimmage.   The duo of  Florence and Mitch vs  Hazel and Anna Ruth;   Hazel and Anna Ruth defeated the veterans 15 -14.  Then there was the JUS and Joan I vs ASR and Ella.  The score were:   15 -13 and 10 love.

Then pingpong.  ASR engaged JUS in a match:   15 -12;   l5 -12.   ASR could have the third set because she was ahead at l2 -10. But she got stuck at 12.  She is a steady player though and could beat any one who is not focused.

Then after the PE, we had to exercise our jaws at scrap yard.

3ffb trekking to EastRidge - PE for today

Let us have ears that can hear, minds that can understand, hearts that can feel, hands that can do...Let us read and understand these posts

Aireen and Mitch walking up past gate of Unamonte,(Anne not seen) MTB behind

The 3ffb staff had trekking to the steep roads of Eastridge as their PE.  Eddie was at Calamba so did his trainee Dekdek who did not inform us of her whereabouts.  Those who came and started the trek together were Aireen and Anne.  Mitz came later and Florence latest.

You could judge that it was steep road to climb;  a difficult PE

                                     Everything is looking up

Alan from Santolan climbed Eastridge 2x
