    New Price List, new PPA form and system, Amendments tosCAPF

    Subject:    Implementation of New Price List, New PPA, Amendments to CAPF

    1.  New Price List:

        We are increasing our prices, effective as of today, and as previously announced from 3 to 5 per cent in SBU with high TLP and 7 to 10  per cent in SBU whose TLP are very low.  This was our come on why we had the promo last October 30 to November 2, 2014.  

        We have directed Ms. Cartago to publish the new price list

    2  New PPA form and system

        1.  We  have directed the Marketing Coordinator to simplify the PPA and the CRM, terms and condition CAPF in one page.and to include logo type

        2.  All the problems and questions that come up frequently, including transfers, assignments inheritance are to be incorporated in the terms and condition.

            The new PPA shall contain a tearable provisional receipt to accept reservation, down payment or even full payment to speed up transaction

            The 3ffb shall issue ID's as benchmarking the SPLP;  we will make sure that we will graduate into credit card type ID and eventually have a rewards system installed;

           Using access, or a website, all data in SBU will be captured at 3ffb:

           1. Customer data base especially birthday, wedding anniversaries and death anniversary of the deceased;

           2.  Documents issued and files

           3.  Updating of lot masterlist.

           3.  The PPA shall be decentralized.   The SBU shall have much say in the PPA completion.  All that remains, after due diligence  by SBU and the 3ffb  is to validate the document with the Pres of SMD  signature at the back of the PPA

           Processing fee shall be reduced from P600.00 to 300.00  PPA and COP need  not to be notarized.  

           4  Upon full payment, the 3ffb central shall issue:

          1.Certificate of Ownership and Payment with the Deed Of Sale at the back, provision for Deed of Assignment shall be incorporated  in the form which shall be

          2.  Continuous form

          Again, the encoding of the COP shall have capture of record of CO issued.

    The records of the  SBU for the COP issued shall likewise be updated 

           5.  The personnel handling this shall have job title of Sales Administration Assistant who could simply be proficient in computer and IT.

           6.  Investments are to be made in systems upgrade, computer, computer network and constant upgrade are to be made

    3.  Streamlining CAPF and CGLI

        To finally get the CAPF going and accumulate the much needed funds, and to attract buyers: (the procedures are simplified and made bullet proof without much decision making left to deciding on items that have obstructed the implementation of the CAPF.

        1.  The 3% CAPF shall be added on in the new price list (or if they are incorporated there is no further need.  The 3% shall be based on latest TLP

        2.  The 3 % shall be collected from all accounts payments and remitted to MLII whether cash, one year to pay etc. 

        3.  Upon answering the questionnaire, the CMO can declare the buyer to be insureable depending on the answer to the questionnaire:

             1.  If he or she is beyond the age 60, or below 18;

             2.  with pre existing conditions;

             3.  job or hobbies are risky like skydiving, skiing, race car driving, scuba, handling explosives, soldier, medical or health worker, 

        4. Contestable period is one year.

        5.  CAPF application forms are not needed anymore, however, MLII shall keep records of accounts from whence the funds are collected.
