Question: How to be a no limit person?
What are the practices of a no limit person?
Situation: 1. Many of us cant do more than one task. Of 5 responsibility you are supposed to
report, you report only one
2. Many have alibis; or usually answer I do not know (That is setting limit to your
knowledge
3. Many and majority: do not submit book reports, nor have entries in their journals
Many tasks and responsibility are uncompleted.
How to be a no limit person?
1. It means a person with open mind and who keeps on improving
2. Our modern term is "unli"
3. Author is Dr Wayne Dyer
4. We are introduced to this concept when this post brought home literature from Amway
and which includes this topic
5. Many must strive to be a no limit person to be a success and to be productive
What are the 5ps needed to be improved in an enterprise/organization:
1. Personal Improvement - the first. No improvement will come with the rest, until
personal improvement is given attention. We cant keep on doing the same thing
expecting different results
Like "Attitude is Everything" HOW TO BE A NO LIMIT PERSON is an important
part of Personal Improvement
(Note that in the teaching of Strategic Execution, KISFREK, the last practice Know thy-
self is part of Personal Improvement
2. Professionalism - to act according to correct actions, demeanor of a working office
man: correct decorum, id, uniform, behavior. protocol
3. Productivity - high outputs vs input. Resourceful rather than being resource based.
"We need more spirit in men" rather than more resources. Many need expenses and
support for all the things to be done. Kulang ng GP at pag iisip at common sense
and sense of community
4. Profit - we need ROI in things we done, cost benefit analysis. Sale - Cost = GP.
Sales must increase, costs must decrease; GP must increase. Thus we need reports and
efforts on: Sales, Cost reduction and GP. We need a system to know this.
Three important concerns:
SALES
COLLECTION
INVENTORY
Are we updated on this? Did the personnel who worked with us complete on their
record keeping, turn over. Run after them if they didnt.
5. Process - All processes must be recorded and observed. Quality assurance, inspection
supervision awareness 5s must be institutionalized. Every one must be process oriented.
Checklists forms have been made to facilitate the process observation
How to be a no limit comparison? (Explanation by Dr. Wayne Dyer)
1. Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius. It cant do much. But add 1 degree Celsius and it
becomes superheated steam that turns machinery: runs turbines generators that run
ships, factories, and power stations
2. Steam catapult can throw jet aircraft weighing more than 30 tons aboard aircraft carriers
from 0 to 100 mph (160 kph) in under 4 seconds? How is this possible? Because of water
heated at 1 additional degree Celsius.
Practices of a no limit person:
1. Greet each day with high expectations and a clear sense of direction
2. Eliminate depression instantly by doing one simple thing (it works every time!)
