Six (6) months to 1 year and Above) Passed the Performance Evaluation for the Semester with a grade of 85% and above

Cellphone worth P3,000.00 – P3,500.00

Salary Deduction 1 year and Above) Passed the Performance Evaluation for the Semester with a grade of 85% and above

Notebook / Laptop worth P11,000.00

*In excess of P11,000.00 is allowed provided the difference will be shouldered by the Employee

Provision:

If an employee resigns or terminated within one year, the Employer’s 50% share will be charged to the employee and will be deducted to his/her last salary.

Locked-In: If within two years and the employee resigns or terminated for a cause, the employee will pay for the total cost of the gadget or will pay Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) whichever is higher.
