Holy Gardens CSS conference and team building

We are currently holding a teambuilding exercise for all CSS2 nationwide: Sherryl for Oton, Vanessa for Calapan, Angelica for Pangasinan, Aisle for La Union, and Erika for Pangasinan. They are joined by Ms. Cynthia Cartago Greenhills CMO and Marketing Coordinator. They are billeted at Scrapyard Resort and Restaurant where the rates are cheaper than Scrap Yard.
Today we had team building exercise held t Loyola Retreat House in Nieves Hills Subdivision. The participants who are composed of 3ffb staff and CSS were divided into two: sub teams: Team Young and Team K pop.
Team Young:
Members:
1. Maricel Jacob - Team Leader
2. Mary Cris Lambunao
3. Vanesa Vadal
4. Erika Mangilin
5. Aisle Artajos
Motto: (War cry) We can do it
Team K Pop
Members:
1. Maria Isah Herrera
2. Cynthia Cartago
3. Cherry Jean Ninan
4. Angelica Baylon
5, Mercy Joy Villaraza (late)
Motto: Aim High
We were supposed to start at 6:00 am but we gathered near DOMSA intersection at 6:20. We finished the exercise at 6:45.
We were supposed to answer 3 questions:
1. What were the processes done during the climb?
2. What did you observe on the way?
3. What are life and job lessons you learned on the climb
