1. There are two things you remember in your personal growth:
PERSONAL GROWTH AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Personal growth is about your attitude, habits, mindset. No changes will occur in your professional growth if you have changed in personal growth.
Professional growth means your competencies, skills and knowledge.
2. You stop growing and learning professionally because there is a filter in communication.
It is incorrect to say that some communication comes in one ear and goes out in another. It is that that the initial commuinication was not accepted because it was filtered. (It was disregarded or blocked out, or even considered spam)
The filter could be removed by: EMPTYING YOUR CUP.
3. There is great similarity between an athlete and businessmen.
There is great desire on both to perfect the skill and be the best.
To achieve greatness, both practice hard work, patience, perserverance and discipline.
Do you desire excellence?
Are you ready to make the sacrifices to be great.?
4. Content is king
Why does MVP want to acquire GMA 7?
Why did Sony acquire MGM?
What is the whole idea behind Google allowing free blogging?
Why did Apple, a hardware company go into Itunes, a purely content business?
Why are telco companies competing to acquire cable companies.
Answer: content is king. Competition in the future will be fought on content, not platform or hardware. The tenants of the store, not the platform or structure will count.
DO YOU HAVE CONTENT? Are you doing your best to learn and improve so that you will know more, have more content?
Think about it.

We will develop our competence by developing our personal growth and professional ability. As a person we need to grow, and that is by learning new things. Empty our cup to acquire new learning. Improve communication. Listen and keep it in mind and heart. Be determined to learn more and improve ourselves. Start eliminating our old habits which are not helpful on our personal growth. Let us have more content or learning to grow professionally.

Change is the only constant thing. We will change for the better. Developing ourselves and learning from our practical experiences and by reading books, we will be much more ahead than others. We will be more equipped.
ReplyDeleteLearn-Lead. Knowledge is power. Practice, think and execute.
We will enhance our communication skills as well as the tools in communicating for us to be able to catch up all the information needed clearly. We must reprogram ourselves at night to absorb new challenges for tomorrow. Reading blogs will help us to learn more and develop ourselves. We must be more competent everyday and hit our goal.
