We wore "Pabongga Bonanza" and "Uniqcsx" t shirts today

 We wore the Pabongga Bonanza and Uniqcsx T shirts today.



Pabongga is an expression for mayabong.  We want to make plentiful/ and prosperous our sales people.

Uniqcsx is about unique customer service, branding in support of our MVP

These were the questions I posed at sms regarding the said T shirts:

  1. We entertain questions from our agents. Attending to their concerns make them informed and updated about the promos and the incentives they can get. We make sure to always orient our agents about the pabongga bonanza's benefits and how it can make them prosperous once they hit the target. Focusing on agents sales is the strategy that we should implement. Recruiting more agents everyday is planting sales everyday. Going extra miles harvesting more sales. Right now, we are allotting two to three ours of our time to recruit agents by means of referrals and saturation. We use Pabongga Bonanza as a tool to encourage them to apply and sell and be motivated. We will ensure that the customer will experience UNIQCSX by repairing our office and service aircondition, beautification of site and wearing proudly our ID's and T-hirts (scheduled once a week).

  2. All of us wanted to have more income and incentives, the Pabongga Bonanza is the answer to achieve our dreams to fulfill our goals and to increase our sales and at the same time to increase income of every individual( Staff and agents).
    We used our UNIQCSX as a tool to promote our Pabonga Bonanza.
    * Wearing PB T-shirt every Friday.
    * Assisting agents to their prospects, and attending
    their concerns.
    * Updated list of their sales, who are the agents that
    can have PB incentives.
    * Focusing on recruitment of agents, and we make sure
    that we will orient the agents about the Pabongga
    Bonanza.
    * Reminding through txtblast, call, and visitation to
    agents about PB.
    * We used our Facebook and Fan Page to promote the
    UNIQCSX, having unique products and services, to
    to help our staff and agents to promote our Pabongga
    Bonanza.
    * We will use our promo items like Mugs, folded fans
    and T-shirts.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
