Site Visit to Holy Gardens Calapan today, June 8, 2013

An SBU visit was made to Calapan today;  a side trip was made to Calamba on the way back to meet Ms Cartago and meet the applicants. Here are some of the pictures that speak a thousand words:

                               Joyce seemed to be overwhelmed by the recruitment challenge


                       The office:   needs cleaning of panaflex;  shall we transfer near the site?

                                       Tall grass;  we need brush cutters


                                   A graze (grace) land?


                                  Rough access road
                                     Ugly


                                  Can you attract prospects to come here?
                        The chief and the engineer must work 2x for the beautification of the park
                                    They have just began?


                                       Can they level and smoothen the access road?


                                     Very sandy;  no mixing done yet

More work is needed from the construction group and the Holy Gardens Calapan management. Hence the demand for thorough daily reports.  Much is not truthfully reported

    The last 6 pictures only shows that HGCMP really needs to developed, It must be the reason why we can't make it to the top...

    we must make everything beautiful in our time too. Not just to achieve sales but also to achieve our customers satisfaction through beautiful sites... :)

    Let us all have the passion and hard work to make reservations and sales for us to continue serving the customers through our attractive Holy Gardens. Soon... Aariba din ang CALAPAN!!!
