Subject: Management Training program
We will restart a management training program for fresh graduate:
Objectives:
1. To ensure that we will have fresh supply of officers who will man our expansion and our provincial assignments
2. To have a pool of expatriates (those who are willing to be assigned elsewhere
3. To avoid the Peters principle trap for matured experienced but inflexible staff
Who:
1. Fresh graduates, top 10% of the graduating class.
1 from Calapan, 1 from Oton, 2 from Calamba, 2 from Pangasinan 2 from HO
2. Member of org or with leadership qualities
3. Broad minded and trainable
4. Flexible
5. Passionate and ambitious
How:
1. Salary shall be entry level but with P3,000 training allowance monthly.
They will be given practical and written exam,. passing grade is 90.
2. They will be rotated at various positions:
1. field operations maintenance and landscaping
2. customer service interment
3. finance accounting
4. 3ffb experience hr, sales admin, pouching training
An on the job training program will be prepared which will be prepared which will intensively give the MT theoretical and practical knowledge about the business and its operations
3. After six months, the trainee shall be assigned to a supervisory position, either as full supervisor, or assistant, and his salary accelerated to such level, with out going through the R levels. (or dropped from the rolls)
4. The candidate shall be judged on the following:
1. Outputs
2. Attitude
3. Capacity for hard work, (can he work under pressure?)
