1. Prices of Plots:   

    1.  20% dp, balance payable in 3 to 5 years with interest of 25% for 5 years
         0 interest still for annual payments

   2.  Prices in Calamba for plots are increased by 10% as developed prices
       We are the only developed memorial park at Highlands, and we have
       spent a lot on the project all ready, especially the upgrading of the drainage
       and the barrier..

2.  Holy Gardens Plans:  (pre need)

   1. Funeral Services

       1. 1 White Rose    -                                         P30,000.00

       2.  2 White Rose -    White Lily                        P60,000.00

       3.  3 White Rose      Carnation                          90,000.00

       4.  4 White Rose       Chrysanthemum              120,000.00

   2. Interment Service (PIS)

      1. 1 White Rose                                            P30,000.00

   3. Cremation service (with urn and 1 day              30,000.00
       Chapel viewing;  metal casket rental

    White Rose is interest bearing we use  the Destiny Form and earmark
    on the ledger and on the PPA the use for which they are intended for.;
    Our plans are non trad;   they are fixed money value. For every white
    rose we pay the CSS in charge P50.00 each for motivation provided the
    7 day timeline is observed


3. Bundling

  1.    Bundling still continues but with one major change only, it is interest bearing for both plots and  services.  Its main advantage:   no dp, and 5 years to pay.

 4. Zero interest;

    For all plots and service, customers may still avail of 0 interest by
    paying annually

Our outsourcing should  assist us on these price list and assist us explain this.
