Yesterday, I attended the 52nd birthday of a former project engineer who is now a Barangay Captain of the largest barangay in this town (their IRA is P26 million) and he handily defeated the brother of the incumbent mayor.
As we were having eating, he told of story where somebody manager at SM boasted of "Seize the Day" Carpe Diem by Danny Cox which they are currenly taking at Sm training. And he said 20 years ago we took that up under Sir George.
This LGU executive learned from us, our training and working together and was truly proud of having been mentored by us...
