Sale of Prepaid Services for H2, and incentives

Subject:   Sale of Holy Gardens Plans (Destiny)

Goals:    1. To increase sales  achievement over all
              2.  To increase sales of services -  pambawe sa loss on plots
              3.  To assure sale of chapel, crematorium services at need, the pre 
                    need being major funnel for at need business
              4.   To live by real business model of memorial -  that this is mainly pre need
                     the raito being 5 pre need :  1 at need.

Back ground:

             1.  We have built up our past sales of services via pms and pis using
                   addendum;   accounting for this may be hit and miss  Majorem TFC
                   balances are unknown....

              2.  We have failed attempts:  TAmondong Ibanez leadership to sell services
                   despite generous salaries desired and paid;    we had an aborted deal
                   for agency agreement with Mr. Gil de Vera;

              3. We have a pending employment negotiation for CMO of Pre Need Plan
                   that will involve achievement of  P1 billion sales target in five years, but
                   with expenses reaching P16 million a year or P90 million in five years or
                   9% of sales (excluding commission) or a total of  Com:  10% + 16%   =  26%
                  

What:   To encourage sales of  Pre Need Pre Paid Plans of Services... with incentives as White Rose under Holy Gardens Plans (Destiny Plans)

Award to the SBUs  payable by check not later than 15th following reference month
                                                                                                                                                    For SBU
1.  50 units of P30,000 per month achievement:     -     P50.00 per PPA submitted to 3f           2,500.00         +  0.2% of TPP ORC to CMO  in charge of succeeding amortization for one year              

2.  100 units of P30,000 per month                                75.00 per PPA submitted to 3f            7,500.00          + 0.3% of TPP ORC for CMO               

3.  200 units of P30,000 per month                                100.00 per PPA submitted to 3f.        20,000.00          +0.5%     TPP for CMO

                        Simulation for #3:       200 x 30,000  =  6,000,000 x 0.05% /12  =     P2,500/month additional income for just one batch....

The plans as was previously discussed apply to   Interment Service (P30,000)  Funeral Service various amounts:     P30,000, P60,000, P90,000  P120,000,  P150,000,  Cremation service P30,000.00
 singly or combination as bundles
