Subject: Sins of Omission and Commission regarding new CFC hiring; nabudol2 tayo nascam
It is very possible that whom we hired as CFC candidate whom we trained and hired initially is a poseur and a fake. He does not have complete requirements:
Clearances - police, barangay, NBI,; 3 letters vouching for his character, Physical Examination, COE, Background investigation; That he took advantage of the weaknesses of people and our system (ie inability to follow instructions) made him bolder to pursue his scam
So he was not given a job offer yet since he lacked requirements. He, though should not have been allowed to start last September 9. No job offer no job start
Had we followed policies and our systems, we would not be in a situation of loser
1. Follow the instructions on no requirements, no hiring, no job offer, no training. This has happened to Tamondong wherein he resigned without submitting any documents.
Why it happened again beats me. Samantalang paulit ulit na sinasabi ko kung may requirements bang lahat ang magtraining... Humingi tayo ng paliwanag bakit pinayagn ng HR at paano ito hindi mauulit
2. Sundin ang requriement na anything P10,000 and above kailangan ang PDCA
complete memo kung saan gagamitin gn disbursement. The CFC must be aware of this kaya 9k lang hiningi talagang pro sa pang.....
Sa susunod na 18K dapat may written approval ng authorized officer; at may FYI man lang sa authorized offiicial. At may PDCA hindi nasunod
FOR ANYTHING ABOVE P10K DAPAT MAY PDCA. Nasa MC iyan
I agree with the stand that Ms. RCG should shoulder the loss and pay us back
3. May instruction na as of Wed na no one should listen to or attend to the said person from text or email.. So Friday umatake. Was this order followed?
4. Bakit kailangang mag padala ng salary memo sa Pangasinan eh dito naman ginagawa payroll. We should be discrete in our communications observing secrecy and confidentiality when needed....
